Hi, I have been tracking my parcel since last month and it now says it was delivered to my address in Manchester UK yesterday morning at 11.35am by Royal Mail Swan House Delivery Office in Leicester UK. I have not received my parcel. I have not been outside all weekend. The tracking number is LZ485874365CN. It should weigh about 29kg. This is a Christmas present for my disabled son. As far as I'm aware the seller had my name and correct address. Please can you tell me who signed for it as I'm the only adult living in my home and I had no missed delivery card.

Royal Mail website shows LZ485874365CN was delivered by Post office in Swan House DO on Dec 5. Please contact your local Royal Mail post office for delivery detail.

It is strange that LZ485874365CN is china post epacket which can not be over 2kgs. I feel you are scammed.
