1. May I suggest you look at this for your country Israel:

2. Since there is no flight number attach to the parcel we can not say if the parcel is in China or Israel or in between the 2 countries. Your parcel is On Route/In transit to your country. Your parcel will probably do this:

Multi-hop routing:
Routing is a whole separate matter, but suffice it to say that “lowest cost” tends to win out over “fastest speed”. Mail shipments may transit many countries en route to their destination.

3. There is no tracking of your parcel when it's traveling to your country, the next tracking will be done by Israel Post on arrival or when they have time to do it.

If anyone can help it is greatly appreciated! my parcel is stuck in "Origin Post Preparing for Shipment" tracking number #LT50961932CN since Dec 1st, 2016. Should I just consider this parcel lost or not coming? It has been 28 days in this status. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

1. Your are missing one number into your tracking number. There should be 9 numbers.

2. Unfortunately no more info is available for your parcel except that some area of ISC Chicago is not a good place to send parcel.

3. You could maybe advise seller that you have not receive your parcel, he might have inside information that we don't have.
