http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows RV877774595CN was sent to WZDM on April 17.
WZDM is its last location in china.

Normally if you parcel status does not change anymore from WZDM, it means the parcel is outside of China.

After WZDM date, it might take another 4 to 8 weeks to reach French oversea territories.
