Hi,

I have two packages (LK365890785CN and LK365857246CN ) and the tracking system status says that both of them have been "dispatched from sorting facility" since February 11th, which was ten days ago. I ordered the items on February 9th. Im assuming that because it says 'dispatched' that means that it left Changsha but there has been no update since the 11th and no scanning at another time to tell me that they arrived somewhere else. Could you please tell me where my packages are? And when should I expect them? I have an event on the 27th and it would be awful it they didnt make it in time. Thanks!
