http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=EV940545915CN shows the parcel was sent to Shanghai airport on Oct 30. it is still waiting for flight space to Philippines.

Covid19 has cancelled most flight to Philippines, you need some more time to get the goods.
