I sent out my order 2 weeks ago and this is all I see now.

2014-10-17 10:00:00 CHANGSHA Posting
2014-10-18 08:35:59 CHANGSHA Arrival at Sorting Center
2014-10-18 09:57:25 CHANGSHA Despatch from Sorting Center

It's been like that for 2 weeks now and they say it should arrive by Oct 25th to Nov. 8th but my concern is why isn't there any updates with the timing? Is this weird? Should I get a refund? HELP!

you can wait 2 more weeks, if not arrive, open dispute and claim refund.
