Hi,

I ordered items off 3 different sellers and am havin
difficulty tracking them The sellers state items sent 24/09/14 but none of them show up in tracking all it shows is "not found" I'm worried these might be fake tracking numbers.

I have contacted each seller and they said delay due to national week 1-10th October but if they were posted a week before the holiday I should see something, other sellers I used at the same time showed tracking info and have been delivered.

I would be grateful if anyone could confirm for me please.

you can track in track-chinapost.com , if your seller really shipped your goods, it will show location and status within 48hrs of shipment, otherwise it will show china post has not received the parcel

Hi thanks for the reply, I have been using the site you mentioned which showed not found so does this mean that the tracking number is fake?

If you track the number in track-chinapost.com and the result is " china post post has not received the parcel", it means your seller gave you an unused tracking number but did not ship anything associated with this number.

The reasons might be as following:
1)The number is fake and you are scammed.

2)The seller just shipped the goods within passed 48 hours, china post has not updated the parcel information.

3)The seller did not ship the goods for varies reason,for example no stock, but he have to give you a invalid tracking number to fulfill ebay/aliexpress/amazon requirement which force seller to ship goods within 24 hours of payment. Once the seller has stock, he will use the same tracking number to ship the goods, thus the number become valid and you can track the parcel in http://track-chinapost.com/

Thanks again for the advice I will give it a few more days and open a dispute if no further update
