Use a tracking site like track.track-chinapost.com to track the packages. After showing as shipped, give them some time to be moved around (see here why) before showing up in your country's post tracking platform.

Be patient.

you need ask seller reship the goods. normally parcel with security rejected status can not arrive destination. by the way, what is the item inside?
