Post HELP ME LOCATE MY PACKAGE!!!!

I bought a pair of shoes and the seller had shipped them. They were picked up by china post but were not shipped to Australia. I have called up Australia post and they said it still has not left China and that it is stuck somewhere in china.

The tracking number is
LX293889715CN

PLEASE someone help me, It is a gift for my father and I want it before his birthday in a few weeks. I would call china post but I do not speak Chinese PLEASE help me somebody!!!!.

I have had a package stuck in china for nearly 2 months. I called Australia post up and they said it still has not left china. Can someone please explain to me how I can get it because I cannot call china post because I do not speak mandarin. Thanks

your parcel should be lost. normally ePacket parcel will arrive Australia in 2 weeks.

if you purchased from ebay/aliexpress/amazon, you should open dispute to seller(shipper) and claim refund. Shipper can also claim compensation from china post with original shipping receipt.

I bought it from ioffer, and there is no dispute button. Also I messaged the seller multiple times and he is not responding. How would I claim compensation with the original shipping receipt. ?? Where would I get this recept from THANKS! in advance
