Post Help me check my package

Hi it been almost 2 months my package is at China post.Last updated is on 03.05.16.Till now still no news about it.
My tracking no is RN114112146CN.
It still at Tianjin and it seem to be stuck there.May i know why?
Hope to hear the reply from u soon.

2. I don't see anything wrong with the parcel. Parcel to Indonesia China Post Airmail Parcel Estimate Arrival Time is 2 to 3 weeks.

3. Maybe your parcel arrive in your country and it's at the Indonesia Customs Office getting clear. Maybe your could call Indonesia Post to find out if your parcel arrive yet.

4. If their is no more tracking in China it's because their is no scanning done to the parcel.

I check with my end there no package of such tracking number.It still with chinapost as u can see last tracking is at tianjin and not yet left beijing airport or any airport from china to jakarta.That is why i need u to help me check on your end what wrong with my package itself.Can u pls provide me with better details rather than doing a copy paste kind of things.I dont understand why u giving me a stupid reply.In there no delay on your end i wont be writing this post at all.

Maybe there is sonething found in the package so they had to check it thoroughly or maybe they have scanned it and it is in indonesia.

I repeat i just check on my end here and i just call the jakarta post and there nothing found on their end.Of all my package i have receive successfully from chinapost within a month.Only this package there is no update or whatsoever even after it has been 2 weeks in tianjin.If it left tianjin it would be reflected in the tracking record but there is none.So that is to say it still in tianjin post.Is there a direct number i can call tianjin post and are they able to speak in english as i cant speak chinese?
