My package hasn’t moved since March 24 & is suppose to be delivered by April 22. I was wording if you can help me find it, the tracking number is LN824983844CN.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LN824983844CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Shenzhen office to US on Mar 24.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and USPS system(possibly airline warehouse in Shenzhen ,China or customs warehouse in Chicago,US). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Such no-information stage might last 7 to 20 days(rush season can take 30 to 40 days) until USPS gets the parcel from customs. Then USPS website will show its new status with US location.

If your buyer protection is expiring, open dispute for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
