1. No scanning is possible for those type of parcel by USPS. You just need to wait for the parcel.

2. Those type of parcel are what we call China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus. Can be track only in China with limited tracking.

3. Can be deliver to you between 30 to 60 days and your National Post Office will deliver the parcel just like a normal letter.
