I don't know what mail system this is but the tracking is 31319944985 and 31355774578 can anyone help me figure out where they are?

2. For parcel 31319944985, this is the tracking result, no more tracking will be available:
Destination Country United States
2016-11-30 12:00 United States Arrive at United States airport.

3. For parcel 31355774578, I was not able to track that parcel at all. I suspect that parcel was never put into the mail system.
