I recently had a packaged shipped on 3/7 under the tracking number RI836214132CN. I haven't received any updates on the status of where it's at in over 9 days... Anyone help with some info?

the parcel is ok. sometimes status updating is very slow. it does not mean the parcel stops . it is still on the way
