Hi,

Ordered a parcel 3 weeks ago, have tracking number LL079506652CN and it says in international customs, but it's been there for 2 weeks. Have emailed seller and they have not responded. Can you advise what the problem might be please.

australia Post website shows LL079506652CN just arrived awaiting clearance (Inbound) in SYDNEY NSW on April 12, it should be delivered in short time.

You can call Australia Post for delivery detail.
