http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the last location was in Hangzhou on Nov 20. It should be outside china now. Normally parcel will keep travel another 2 to 4 weeks after it left China. You can not see new status during the time before it arrives your country.

your parcel was shipped on Nov 20. normally it should arrive in 40 days. So if you can not get it by end of Dec or your buyer protection is expiring, you should open dispute to ebay/aliexpress for refund.
