It shows the packaged is cleared since March 2nd. But the receiver has not received the package. Can anyone help to check the status of the package? Thanks

if your parcel is far from import customs city(in your case ,Shanghai), it might take 2 weeks to get the parcel delivered. Anyway, I suggest you ask receiver call china post hot line 11185 and inquiry delivery detail.

My destination is ningbo. It usually takes just one day to deliver after package cleared by Hangzhou Jiao Huan Ju. It has been over a week and there is still no update. The receiver called 11185 but they told her it's still in Hangzhou Jiao Huan Ju. Hard to believe.
