I bought some items off ebay and they used this carrier to deliver my packages, however when i track my items they are saying undelivered as address or attempted delivery, how do i get schedule a redelivery and how do i even contact this carrier.

you should contact your local post office. China Post parcel is delivered by your country's Post company or Post authority.

i have tried but they wont schedule a redelivery, i usually buy items have them shipped to a company then shipped to me, now the post office has my items and i cant get them so where do i go from here and why isnt there a number on here to talk to customer care or someone

The seller said they will make inquiry about my parcel with EMS and I must wait a couple weeks because they take a very long time to respond. Is this true? Will I ever get my package or should I forget about it. I ordered purses from this website before without problems.

There was no attempt for delivery and it has not arrived in Canada. I called Canada post and they said the parcel is not in Canada and the shipper must contact EMS. It seems to be stuck in China because there hasn't been any movement since Dec.16 the day it was posted.

What can I do about this situation? Track #EA068406049CN.

Then you should contact shipper. Only shipper has the right to contact China Post EMS for investigation. Other people can not do it. The parcel privacy is protected by law.

If shipper does not response you, you should open dispute to ebay/aliexpress/paypal for non-arrival parcel. This is the only option you can take.
