I had to return an electronic device to China from US. It has been 'Held in Customs' for over a month. I have contacted the company I sent it to and they have relayed they have contacted China Post several times and were told to wait.

EZ041601092US arrived Shenzhen customs for over one months. It should be lost there.

07/11/2017 it is displaying
'Origin Post is Preparing Shipment, We have received notice that the originating post is preparing to dispatch this mail piece.'
