I am trying to find out what has happened to my parcel that I send from New Zealand to China on the 09/01/19. The tracking info has been saying it is "held for clearance" since 14/01/19. How do I find out the reason it is being held? The tracking number is EP436560921NZ. Thank you!!

According to the tracking record it arrived in to Shanghai on the 13/01/19 and it has been 'held for clearance' ever since. Is there a way to find out why it is being held and how to get it released??
