Tracking number is LK137396106CN . I bought the items before the holiday and I'm not getting anything with the tracking number. Is this shipped or should I contact the seller?

LK137396106CN is invalid number. your seller did not ship it.

I got an email from the seller and they claimed my package was shipped out on 1/14/2017. But the tracking number still doesn't show any tracking. Is it possible that the package is still traveling to the USA?
