Dear.

Hi.

I want to know Beijing ems Call Number
Before I tried to call 11183, I could not call them.

And my package is not deliveried until now.
The package included a cell phone,
It sent from USA to South Korea.
Do I have to pay custom fee or directly pick up?
Or it will be returned??

CH027292302US left china on Nov 6. It should be in Korea now. If your receiver did not get it, you need ask USPS to investigate the parcel.
