I don't know why the status is final delivery in "Shanghai"?

Could you please explain what is going on?

if final delivery in shanghai, that means the parcel was returned to shipper in shanghai. you should open dispute to get money back.

Hi China Post,

Can you please explain what " 龙门路投递dept. delivered " means?
Does it mean that it has arrived in the relevant Post Office? Or that it has been successfully (final) delivered ?
