I would like to know the name of company in Saudi Arabia handle my parcel because the tracking nu shows Failure in delivery (SYRM105074330 )

Your parcel is a Sunyou parcel.

http://track-chinapost.com/start_sunyou.php?code=SYRM105074330 shows the parcel failed delivery. You need open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for non-arrival order refund.
