My package says failed Delivery, how do I request for it to be redelivered or where can I pick it up, the tracking number is LT702470690CN

usps.com shows LT702470690CN arrived at our USPS facility in LOS ANGELES CA DISTRIBUTION CENTER on June 4, 2019 at 2:08 am. The item is currently in transit to the destination.

you will get this parcel very soon.
