Hello, I'm trying to track package LM637295945CN, but it says there was a failed delivery. Can you help me? What should I do?

Israel Post websites shows the parcel LM637295945CN arrived eCommerce Sorting Center, Modiin on march 4. You need call Israel Post for delivery detail.
