Hello,

My tracking number is: RM974804852CN

I am sure that I was home but tracking number it says I got a failed attempted delivery on Aug 27th. What should I do in los angeles, california? Which phone number I have to contact in the united states? How should I tell them it is ok to put the package in front of my apartment?

your parcel was once attempted delivery by your local post office(USPS) on Aug 27. USPS.com shows This is a reminder to arrange for redelivery of your item or your item will be returned to sender.

You need go to your nearest USPS office in REDONDO BEACH, CA 90277 and pickup the parcel asap.

My parcel was returned back to china and I asked the seller he said he has sent me again. But I haven't received it again. I contacted the seller again and I asked him to return my money but he says he hasn't returned the item back.I also ask my local post office USPS but they said there is no package for my address. This is the seller name layuemei6989. I will file a complain about him.
