I have checked progress on my parcel tracking no LL063912848CN and it says failed attempt. The address I specified was at a post box. What has happened please

LL063912848CN arrived Australia on Mar 31. But Australia Post failed deliver the parcel on April 5. Not sure failure reason, please call Australia Post for delivery detail. The parcel is still in their hand.
