Hello,
I send a package a week ago from Paris to Shenzhen. the delivery failed and now it's in a post office. i would like to know in which post office my package is so i can send somebody to take it.
My track number is EY845726934FR.

Also, i figured that the phone number that i left is wrong, is there a way to change it.

1)the parcel is in 深圳市邮政局速递公司处理中心, the receiver is not in the address, so it can not be delivered. you should ask receiver call EMS hot line 11183 and pickup the parcel asap otherwise it will be returned to France.

2)You can not change anything after the parcel is shipped from France. Now the only way is call 11183 and pickup the parcel.
