http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LL014637013CN shows LL014637013CN was shipped on Mar 16. Normally such ePacket should arrive Brazil in 2 to 5 weeks. Your parcel should be lost.

If you paid with paypal/aliexpress, open dispute for refund asap.
