You tracked in wrong website which has very bad English translation. To track china post EMS/ePacket result in proper English translate, you should track here http://track-chinapost.com/track_global.php

My parcel with track number EV908786888CN - HOLD from 09-May-2017 01:37 in Departure export customs QINGDAO EMS.
Why? Why no update the status. This is Fast EMS? Why all of this??

hi admin.
i have sent a parcel from ksa to china by ems "EE049362226SA" and then blocked in china customs and no return ?!! please help me to make return this box to ksa really need it

EE049362226SA has never been released from China customs. It might be lost. You should contact Saudi Arabia Post and require investigation.
