Does it count from time package was sent or when it leaves china?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows Guangzhou Transit Station import customs scan ,remark (rejected ), this means your parcel was rejected by customs safety officer. you can not get the parcel anymore. open dispute asap.
