Hi and thanks for the help again.
I chose some parcel via epacket, so I ordered it from Aliexpress, but the seller gave me a regular China air post mail numbet, he told me that "he cannot send my goods through epacket," so he sent me via regular china post airmail, the delivery on the epacket is " full refund if I have not recieved it within 27 days", my question, if ill open a despute for not arival by time (27 days) ill get my money back?

Thanks!

1. I remember you from answering but can not find the tracking number or the post reply.

2. My personal opinion:

a. You should contact seller and tell him to reimburse you the extra money it cost for E Packet because I suppose the parcel was going to be delivered by China Post Registered Air Mail. But you ask or for a small supplement you could have the parcel sent by E Packet. Supplement would have been between $2.00 to $4.00

b. If after the answer from the seller is the same as you discuss above, then contact him again and tell him if he does not reimburse you immediately, you will open a dispute with Ali Express.

c. Seller don't like to have dispute with Ali Express because this is bad for then business wise, to much dispute and they are penalize by Ali Express, store close etc...

d. The rubbish about your parcel getting before such a date and then will reimburse you, is only rubbish as far as I am concerned. Don't get into that game with the seller, stick to your guns and ask for the reimbursement of the extra money you paid and did not receive the service.

Hope the above will be helpful to you, but like I said this is my personal opinion. You are the one making the decision.

Thanks again, as i said he, cant send it via epacket, so he sent via regular service (china post mail), the "epacket" was free of cost choice, so i chose that. We will see after 27 days, if it will not arrive.

Your help here is marvelous!
