I have a large volume of packets to send from China to different parts of the US using the ePacket service (small electronic pieces and accessories weighing anywhere from 1oz to 4oz). I have been searching for companies in China that offer the ePacket service. I believe there are PQWs (Pre-Qualified Wholesalers) or fulfillment companies that can help me with these. I've been looking for the PQW list but it's been difficult.

Do you know any good ePacket service providers in China? I need a fulfillment company that offers this service.

I am not sure what kind of PQW you are looking for. If you have a branch in China and are looking for ePacket service provider, China Post is the only company to provide ePacket service to USA. You should ask your china office to contact China Post EMS branch.

If you don't have branch in China, probably you are looking for a sourcing and shipping partner in China which can help you place order, arrange packing and shipping with ePacket service.

Please explain in detail so that we can help you.

I am looking for shipping / sourcing / fulfillment companies in China that can send (through the ePacket service) items on a per-order basis to USA and worldwide. I have gotten in touch with some fulfillment companies but they do not offer the ePacket service.

Yes. We have a "shipping handling" service which is quite similar to your requirement. Actually many clients from USA,Canada,Japan in this forum have already using this service.
Here are the brief procedure :

1)You put your inventory in our Shenzhen warehouse. save some money in our system as prepaid handling fee.

2) You can submit your order csv file(similar to ebay SalesHistory file) to our ERP system.

3)We will printed the ePacket shipping label, pickup the orders from your inventory, pack them and ship the parcel.

4)The shipping cost, handling fee will deducted from your prepaid account balance.

5)You can see tracking number, weight, and shipping date online or download csv file to update your own EPR system.

The shipping methods include China post register mail,EMS, ePacket,regular airmail, UPS,DHL,Fedex etc.

In addition to shipping handling service, we can also do souring, and quality control for our clients.

Hi again. I'm curious; as someone who has several parcels to send every day to different parts of the US from China, may I apply as a China Post VIP ePacket user? I've been trying to find out if individuals or business owners can directly complete the ePacket service on their own. For example, instead of hiring a company for their ePacket service, may I apply to become an ePacket user? Can I purchase my own ePacket postage machine and have China Post pick up my ePacket parcels for a fee?

Will appreciate your help. Thank you.
