My parcel from China is not delivered to me in India. The tracking number is AZ963116906CN. Nobody came to my house. How to contact to know where it item is located now. Is redelivery possible?

India post website shows AZ963116906CN just arrived Post office in India Hyderabad Central but failed delivery.

You need contact your local post office to pickup your parcel.
