I had an order sent by express shipment through EMS with Tracking Number

EA116659266CN.

My parcel got delayed at customs due to chinese new year. Two days ago it started to move again, and it says delivered. But delivered to who? I do not live in china

I attach the history status so far.

2016-02-03 19:26:00 Posting
2016-02-04 05:05:00 GUANGZHOU Handed over to Customs
2016-02-04 05:06:00 GUANGZHOU Held by Customs
2016-02-16 15:19:21 GuangDongShengGuangZhouShi Delivery arranged

So what does delivery mean? Did customs stopped it? did it got wrongly delivered?
Should I do something and what?
I know I sound anxious but its been a month since I ordered and I wanted to get it within 7-10 working days but to no avail..

if you purchased from ebay/aliexpress, open dispute for non-arrival parcel.

the tracking result shows the parcel was returned(received) by shipper himself. You might be scammed. You should be very careful of buying from those small websites. Too many people in this website have reported cheating and scam.
