I have recently ordered an item from a seller in China, order confirmed received a copy and item was shipped EE935470485CN , 3 days later No info on EMS.
The seller informs me that I have a new tracking # RC439821263HK.
They claim its faster than EMS to Canada.
Why the change ? He tells me still EMS.... ????

Need info.

RC439821263HK is not EMS. it is Hong Kong register mail which is MUCH slower than EMS. http://track-chinapost.com/track_hkpost.php shows the parcel is NOT shipped either. so you should claim compensation from seller.
