Post EMS taking too long????

Hi,

My ems tracking number is EA036609632CN. Every time I have searched the number on tracking it has not updated since the 19-12-2016 (10 days).
Can someone pls help me and tell me where my package is and why it is taking so long?!

EMS is basically tracked, first class airmail and because it goes though the regular international mail system it almost always takes longer over Christmas & Chinese new year, or at least that's been my experience of it.

The usual advice is to double the delivery window to 30 days, so if I were you I wouldn't start to worry until 18-01-2017.
