I need help.
Where is my parcel, EMS EE947606296CN which was sent out 12 days ago, but obviously still in China.
Usually I got EMS parcels in 1 week from sending out. What is the reason for that big delay?

You'd better ask shipper to file a query with the EMS office which he/she gave the parcel to. We can not find the delay reason from the database.
