Hi, I send last 5 of dec a shipment to china, and after 01-01-16 not update ... can you help me please??

2015-12-05 10:03:00.0 Spain received
2015-12-12 00:47:00.0 leaving Madrid
2015-12-12 05:50:00.0 Madrid export customs cleared
2015-12-28 10:26:19.0 Beijing Transit Station import customs scan
2015-12-28 13:32:21.0 Beijing Transit Station import customs cleared (domestic transit )
2016-01-01 09:53:45.0 Shenzhen Transit Station import customs scan
2016-01-01 15:38:48.0 Shenzhen Transit Station arrive customs
2016-01-01 15:57:14.0 Shenzhen Transit Station import customs cleared (domestic transit )

the parcel was returned from Spain. you can not get the parcel anymore.

If you purchased from ebay/aliexpress, open dispute for non-arrival order asap.

if the parcel is from spain to china. you should ask receiver call 11185 and inquiry delivery schedule.
