i was sent a package from france and its been a week now but when i try track they say just in the douane the number is rk078710419fr can someone please help i need the package asap

your parcel just arrived China post jingzhou office and is going to office in 凌南营业部 for final delivery.

You can ask receiver call china post hotline 11185 for delivery detail.
