Hello!

I did not receive 2 packages. The shipping codes are listed below. They did not arrive as indicated.

AMTS000366564FS (Order #7052)
AMTS000377731FS (Order #5006)

I would like my order or a refund at this point.

Both parcels are not China Post parcel. They are from a private shipping agent called MTS.

MTS Tracking Database shows parcel are delivered in Sandy,84093 on Nov 7.
