RS258562288CN, the same status since 25.10.16. I had lots of parcels but none of them stuck so long on this status. So did my parcel left China? Thank you very much.

2. Estimate time of arrival for Romania is between 10 and 63 days. Because your parcel is not scan it does not mean it's not traveling to your country. Your parcel has been On Route to Romania since the 25 Oct.

3. Now it's up to Romania Post to scan your parcel on arrival or when the have time to do it. Your parcel is fine, you need to be patient and if you can try to track your parcel on the Romania Post site.
