Post Destination tracking site not updating

Hello, I have a slight dilemma. I have these two deliveries coming (RI196628322CN and RI200782943CN) to Zimbabwe. The China Post tracking website shows they are here and even one had an unsuccessful delivery, but the Zimbabwe post website shows nothing.

I called my local post office, and physically visited them to see if they have the deliveries, but they said they have nothing. Can you help me identify if these tracking numbers are properly working or if Zimbabwe has a China post office that is separate from the national postage.

RI200782943CN and RI196628322CN just arrived Zimbabwe,but have delivery problem. They are in your local post office, contact them and pickup the parcel.

As I said, I have already checked with my post office over the phone and in person. They say both packages are not in their system. Also I find it strange that the China Post can track the packages in Zimbabwe but the local post office has no record of them or received any EDI

above China Post data show both parcels are all in Zimbabwe. These data are originally provided by Zimbabwe Post. How can they tell you the goods are not in Zimbabwe? There must be some mistake in your country. We are also confused and can not help you.
