I'm trying to find out the status of my package. One status says held by customs, and another says departure from export customs. I'm confused the number is LW857934316CN

If you track on this website, yes it does say departure export customs two times. This is because your parcel was going to go on to a plane but it was full, so it went on to another one :) I’m waiting for a backpack to come to the Uk and it has been saying departure export customs since the 17th. It just means it’s left china.
