Hi,

I would like to know if any of you have experienced problems when ordering from China to The Netherlands. In my case, I was provided the following tracking number: RL267032907CN. If you check, even tough the movements in the origin country are clear, there is no information about whether it arrived in The Netherlands or not. Besides, it's been a long time without updates (from the 3th November) and honestly I don't know what to expect.

What do you think?

Usually takes much longer this time of year (4 or 5 weeks instead of 2 weeks is my experience). That's because of the holiday season, I guess. Lots of packages in transit. I've been waiting for a parcel that was sent to me on october 23rd. Just now has it arrived in The Netherlands. Hope it gets delivered before the end of the week.

You just need a lot of patience in these months. :)

Thank you for the prompt reply, it has been really helpful :)

Actually, it is the first time that I order something from China since I am living in The Netherlands so is good for me to have a reference. In any case, I'll try to be patient and hope that this problem will be solved soon.
