Hey, so I ordered something from a seller i regularly purchase from.
I've never had any issues before and anything I've ordered has always arrived. However this time it seems lost? Like its taken forever and the latest information is just confusing and makes no sense.
My tracking number is LZ371638094CN
And my item is 'received by the carrier'

I've never had this message before.
Some help would be great.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LZ371638094CN shows the parcel delayed in Guangzhou for one month. It was just sent to airline on Nov 24. You can not know exact estimate arrival time to UK. Based on our stat, this can take 4 to 8 weeks.

Once parcel arrives UK, royal mail website will show arrival info.
