Hello,
for my return delivery Parcel# CY285265219DE from Germany to China there is mentioned, that the parcel is held at the deliver center cause the receiver wasn’t available when they tried to the deliver it? How to make sure, that the receiver will get the parcel cause it’s a return of good which can’t be sent back to Germany but needs to arrive at the seller to get the refund. Please contact that receiver of the parcel.

the receiver' address is wrong, he refused to accept phone call from China Post. Obviously he doesn't give you the correct address and doesn't really want to accept the return.

This is a common game often played by those bad sellers, don't buy from such people.

The parcel now is on the way returning to Germany. You need about 2 to 3 months to get the return.
