Hi,

I ordered online a while ago and I got the tracking code LL366623494CN. The website I ordered from said I should contact China Post to arrange a new attempt, but various trackers indicate that the shipment has been returned. I have no idea what to do, as the webshop I made the purchase at has barely any ways to contact them.

If someone knows how to help me out I'd appreciate it.

LL366623494CN was returned to shipper on Jun 16. You can not get this parcel anymore.

If you paid with PayPal, you should open dispute for refund.
