Please help me out :( , It's my first time using China post my tracking number is RG907150596CN, i'm using http://track.track-chinapost.com to track my parcel. The latest update they have says "FAILED ATTEMPT" July 10, 2017. what should i do? should i just wait for them to re deliver it or do i have to go pick it up somewhere? My telephone service provider does not allow calls to china.

Call philippines post. This has nothing to do with chinapost becos the parcel is now in the philippines and your local post is responsible for delivering it.
